Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept:

- Credit and debit cards

Appointment Policy
All sessions are by appointment only. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any necessary paperwork. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled patients.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. All patient information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
Scope of Practice
Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine are complementary therapies. Our treatments are not intended to replace conventional medical care. We encourage patients to maintain regular visits with their primary care physician and to inform us of any ongoing medical treatments or medications.
Consent
Before your first treatment, you will be asked to sign a consent form acknowledging that you understand the nature of acupuncture treatment, its potential benefits, and any possible risks. This form will be provided during your initial visit.
